if you have a well good working bike - i have always had a huge interest in keeping my bikes cleaned and lubricated i care about that more then i do riding or racing , after every downhill i get home , clean and prep my bike for the next ride , its alot easyier and you know how your machine is working and are able to trust yourself by working on your own bike.
