Pinion capable frame builder here. The US pinion distributor is extremely helpful to me as a frame builder and I have had nothing but fantastic service from them. Some maintenance does require sending it in. But with the right dealer it is not a problem. I understand the frustration with small parts. That’s likely a shop issue not a pinion one
