Something I’m curious about. I haven’t been following XC racing, but hypothetically, if all the XC racers were to race DH against just each other for one season, who would likely do well? Would Pidcock and Prevot still finish in top 5?

Review: Norco Range VLT - The Purple Plow
I was curious how much weight difference there are amongst batteries. Found this on an emtb forum
Shimano 504w = 2.6kg
Bosch 750w=4.9kg
I would prefer the smaller battery and a range extender over the bigger battery. But I’ve never ridden a lighter ebike, so don’t know if 5 lbs feels that different with a motor.

Field Test: YT Jeffsy Core 1 - Where Value Meets Performance
@nozes: for reals. I started MTB when budget trail bikes were 30 lbs. I haven’t demoed the newer bikes in a while. Does the geometry make up for the extra weight? Is everyone slower on climbs and faster on downhills?
