when I bought my bike I was really wanting a Santa Cruz Nomad but I couldn't bring myself to drop the $$... turns out that the Giant frame has a lifetime warranty and the X1 came duded out with good componentry (sp?). I have to be honest that I haven't taken any massive air with it but have dropped about a meter and 1/2 and the suspension just ate it. I'm 5'8,165 pounds with monkey arms and the geometry is divine.

to bad, im gonna post a map pretty soon of all the trails ive found or been shown out there, u won't believe how many there are, i also got a great one of moose
