The 90 riders aren't all being coached at the same time. Riders are split into small groups based on level, and rotate through coaching sessions during the weekend.
So when you are in a session, it's focused, small groups coaching with real feedback. When you aren't, you are riding the park, doing laps, or jumping into workshops and activations.
For exemple at Grouse, Fox will be running suspension setup clinics, so riders can dial their bikes for the upcoming Squamish one up race and Provincial Champ in Whistler the following weeks.
The goal isn't to have someone follow you all day (private coaching will be ideal for that), it's to give you target coaching you can actually apply immediately, then go ride and lock it in.
That's where the progression really happens :)
