My pleasure! Try to get up and walk around every 30 mins or so during the day and stand as much as you can. This will also help you not to feel so stiff.

@sifriday: Reclining Butterfly is kind of a godsend. I'm glad to hear it is working for you. It's a super gentle way to open up your chest (which may be tight from rounding your shoulders forward) - allowing gravity to do the work for you. Great for tight hips too.
