Mongoose Pinnr Frame, Never been ridden

Never ridden.
Bought second hand from a friend who had never ridden it, there are however a few scratches and scuffs which I assume came from either where it had been assembled as a full bike or from storage, please see the photos.
No shock included.
When I bought it, I did not get the rear Maxle and so have fitted a bolt through axle by six pack. This is quickly removed with an allen key however so not too bad.
I bought this frame with the intention of putting together a downhill/freeride bike, but it has just sat collecting dust for the last 2 years!
