From my daughter's bike I upgraded to XTR components. Shifter Brake Levers ST-M765 . Rear Derailleur RD-M760 SGS Rapid Rise . Brake Calipers BR-M765 . A plastic thumb piece is missing from the left shift lever as can be seen from the picture. This should not be a big deal because it is on the left shifter and most people shift by pushing the brake lever up and down. The original bike these came off had both the brakes, shifters, and derailleur factory installed, so I am including the derailleur in case they are meant to be used together. The derailleur is the Shimano Rapid Rise version, also know as top normal, which means that the derailleur wants to go to the top (big) cog when released. I believe Shimano called it Rapid Rise because its easier to shift up to bigger cogs, which in theory makes for more rapid shifts when climbing/rising up a hill and shifting to bigger cogs.
