With the development of our
full suspension frames we needed a proper handlebar that would be suitable for use with longer travel forks, and would be the appropriate tool for freeride, downhill and slopestyle riding. Since the beginning all our
Soda test bikes have been equipped with the
Evidence prototype bars and our team riders have been surprised how much control you gain with this super-wide handlebar.
To build our new low-rise, oversized bar we chose the same special 7050 alloy that we use in the
NS Proof. It's most important feature is the very high fatigue resistance which is the key to making a bar that you can trust.
We created a totally custom tube with very long tapers and smooth butting to avoid stress points and to get that special shape. The bars come with 0.8 inch (21mm) of rise and are 30” inches (762mm) wide. The Evidence is really comfortable with 9 degrees of back sweep and looks rather special even at a first glance.
The
Evidence bars are offered in black, subzero, lemon lime, silver blue and red finishes.
The ultimate freeride combo –

Evidence bar as standard.
