Juice Lubes, makers of all things slippery and wet for your bike are dropping in with Creative Concept to bring you the Home to Roost series - the quickest riders letting it all hang out in their favourite local spots.

In episode two of Home To Roost, Rowan Sorrell and Neil Donoghue are hitting up Rowan's local spot in South Wales. As Neil rides for Santa Cruz we've also got a little competition to win a frame, yup that's right a frame of your choice.

 I might have actually seen you at the trails haha, come here often on my hardtail as a challange to get to the bottom...accidently went down that line with the step up haha. Will be riding this as soon as I get full sus. The trails are amazing and I would help if I owned a car...keep it up!

 Funny thing is when I last came here (just after the snow had melted), some guys I came across said they saw some people ripping up these trails (not literally), so it could very possibly be them

 might have been me perhaps, me n some others build that, its blocked off again now till the weather gets better, was getting rutted as the new step down into the berm was a bit fresh needed some time to harden. wont be long now just need some sun

 HOLY SHIT I RIDE HERE I LIVE LIKE 20 MINS CYCLE AWAY FROM HERE AND THOSE JUMPS ARE HUGE THEY LOOK SO MUCH SMALLER ON THE VIDEO. They started off at cwmcarn but the more natural trails are near machen.
