Santa Cruz Nomad carbon

$4500 CAD
For sale is my 2019 Nomad, size Large. Bought at the end of June 2019 and ridden for the rest of the season. I stopped riding it just after new year, so only has around 6 months of use on it.\ The bike is mechanic-owned, and as such it's been meticulously maintained. I used All Mountain Style frame tape on the top tube and stays so the paint is in great shape with NO paint chips anywhere on the frame. The red logo on the downtube are just stickers, so the new owner could either leave them on or remove them. The only damage to mention is some scuffs to the fork lowers (see photos) and the cranks are a little beaten up from pedal strikes. In early January i performed a full service including: - Fork service - shock service - ALL new pivot bearings - new chain - full strip down and clean, including drivetrain - stripped & greased BB & headset - bearings are sweet - trued wheels - replaced shift cable & housing - replaced dropper cable & housing - checked hubs - bearings also good - topped up sealant - tyres are tubeless and have plenty of tread Regarding spec, the bike is the R build with some upgrades including - Shimano SLX 12sp rear derailleur - Shimano XT 12sp shifter (much nicer than the Sram NX it came with) - OneUp dropper post lever - Charger 2 damper cartridge - this essentially makes the fork a Lyrik A bunch of parts were taken off when new or nearly new and have very little time on them including: - bars (new) - stem (new) - grips (new) - dropper (nearly new) - wheels (nearly new) So as you can see, this bike is in great shape and ready to roll. Please contact me if you have any questions and/or would like to view the bike. I am open to sensible offers on the price, however I'm in no rush to sell.

Oh man I miss NZ... Amazing looking adventure. Wish I got into the backcountry a little more while I was there!

First Impressions: Dropping into The North Shore for the First Time
@dvp8: Complains that Pangor isn't "classic north shore" ie slow speed jank. Then complains that it isn't a high speed flow trail. Dude, make your mind up.

Gotta say i prefer Boogieman by a long shot, the long bridge at the end is a little spicy when it's been snowing though...

We ride this lap after work in the summer (and sometimes in the winter) all the time. Such a good lap - nice mix of tech and flow.

Effective seat tube angle and actual seat tube angle are not the same thing. Seat angle on this is almost 75deg.
