Actually it hasn't been cropped, load this image and the watermarked one in the largest sizes they are the same. Either this one never had a watermark or it was taken out (which isn't too hard of a process especially ones in a place like this). But yeah i agree about how this one should have it!
im just guessing here but maybe he uploaded the picture as part of the trailforks thing, so he used someone elses photo to attach it to the trail? Not knowingly ripping it off....
Hey guys, cheers for all the love, stoked as to be POD!
I was working together with Jake at WAMBA earlier last year to publicise the organisation and new trails. Pretty much giving them open access to my photos to help advocate new trails in WA, the work they do is awesome! I wasn't aware of this Trailforks project and obviously a bit of communication and better credit would have been nice, but it's all for a good cause anyway. Pinkbike can't change POD once it's gone live, so let's just sit back and appreciate the photo for now... braaap!
incase no one noticed it says be Sean lee in the description and if you read the article you will find that Sean lee was working with jake hannah on the construction of better trails heres a direct quote "We spoke to the Jake Hannah, committee member of the West Australian Mountain Bike Association" he probably just let him upload the photo and by chance the one that wasn't on his account was selected for pod.
Which is what I figured. Thats why I only sharpened half my pitch fork. Still, cropping the watermark is odd.
edit, not cropped. just not there. doesnt look cloned. Whatever. pitchfork away...
YEAHHHHH LUKE and SEAN you boys are a killer ride shoot combo! Hurry up and get to Whistler! Whose this clown that sniped this photo go braaap some where else ya hoser!
