That is a sweet looking mountain bike.

Yes, it should be good! Its ready for upgrades when ready, it even has a tapered head so any fork will fit!
Now time to get out and shred!

Its 24" he tried the 26 and 24 at the shop and chose the smaller wheels.
This should be very good for a couple of years for him as he gets used to the bike!

@nikoniko: that's cool. Didn't know they do XTC in that size, I thought Giant only have those bike in carbon 29er these days

Maybe its a special for Japan only?
I was pushing for him to get a 26"er as I know he will grow into it as he is 10 years old but he liked this XTC as it fits him good now, so I plan on giving him my 26inch Revolution from Dabomb when the time is right.
As for now he has a couple of years to learn to climb, jump, descent and have fun!
