Just kidding of course. Still having trouble accepting the reality of a ______ presidency. I can't even bring myself to type the name! It'll be interesting to see what happens when he starts compromising on some of the issues he'll have to compromise on. Many of his followers are not going to be happy.

That said, life goes on, and I've been out on the KTM every weekend and many days commuting. Numerous MTB and trials rides, and even finally got back on the road bike and commuted the 16km to and from work today. Need to be healthy in both mind and body. Loads of work to do. :-)

 I think its a homage to Nelson, Canada.. I think the trails creater may have visited Nelson? Very steep and gnarly trail that drops in and out of gullies.

 Hmm. Maybe to Half-Nelson in Squamish? There is such a trail there though I'm told it's mainly a flow trail.

 Flow has it's place and requires a different set of skills. I enjoy it from time to time because you can all out attack with abandon. That said, finishing a root and rock section that is unreasonably steep and gnarly is where my home is. Fact is I like it all.

 Such a great topic for discussion..would make great article for the front page! Machine engineered terrain vs hand cleared trails and the joys of both. For me the best trails are those the strike the balance.
