I've now worked out it's my SD card that is screwed... Need to format it but no copmputer seems to be recognising it when I plug it in... At least the camera seems to be working now.

You can re-format using another camera, but it sounds to me like yr SD card is fooked, no luck with my LCD tried everything, it seems to be a very common issue.

Bit annoying that I filmed shed loads yesterday building a new landing and I will never know what it would have looked like! I love my Go pro but they seem to having a few tech problems and they are also absolutely shocking in low light- most of the building footage I have got is dull as dishwater and I doubt I'll use much of what I have filmed thus far...
