Hey I clicked on this image to ask the same exact thing. It looks like the inner bolt pattern could be ISCG03 (ISCG OLD), while the outer black plate might be ISCG05. Just a guess...

 I would assume that Knolly would make the frame mount ISCG05 and the adaptor ISCG OLD.. but it's weird that it's there in the first place because the bike doesn't even use the tabs! Unless the bike uses the ISCG mount for the front derailleur or something :\
