Ah nice one, I might try and get the XV canister one for the v10! Noticeable difference between a coil ?

I was just able to set it up better than i have done on other shocks. I havent ridden a coil shock on this Demo but a mates which was obviously not set up for me so i cant really judge. Go for it though, they're great shocks. I couldn't use the XV though because the clearance is less than a mm to the valve.

What's the weight of that pretty light looking thing? Big Grin

 37.9lbs. Needs to diet badly.

Wow, i thought it was around 36...

How is it so heavy??? Mine is 34.14
  • 2 0
Tyres are 2.6kg's together, heavy tubes, heavy pedals. I think thats where most of the weight is. With some tactical swaps could probably get it that low fairly easily. Just fitted a new seatpost and saddle, wheels and brake levers and its down to 36.84lbs so slowly but surely moving down. Am going to swap the fork for an X-fusion metric when they're out as well which will drop another 600g's.

Did you have to mod the shock to get it to fit at all?
