I ride this rim since i know it exists. Its wide enough with 36mm on the outside and 29mm inside. A tire change on this rim is easier than cooking a spaghetti souce and its stiff enough for 98% of all fr abuse you do with your bike.

The best rim I have ever bought. light, excellent value for money, super strong, will literally take anything that you throw at it. The rims are anodised so unlike powder coated parts the paint wont flake off after lots of usage. Can't think of any con's for this product at all!

Have these laced to hope pro 2's on my dirt jumper. I can over/under rotate any thing and these beasts will take it.I treat these rims bad. I throw tailwhips to flat and drop high ledges and they are as strait as the dayi got em. NO CONS WITH THIS RIM!!!

i used these on Hope Pro IIs with wire-bead Nevegal 2.5s on a 6" freeride bike and not one time did i ever have to true them. i was mean to them, too, plowing rock gardens and diving down boulder waterfalls. 2.3" tires is about as narrow as you can go on these, and i understand they will accommodate up to a 3" tire.

Just go a rear wheel laced up to a Fire Eye excelerant hub and there a beauty! Very light and f*cking strong. The wheel was a custom wheel build from www.chainreactioncycles.com I highly recomend purchasing custom wheels there. They do an amazing job and its a custom wheel that you choose, what else do you want? lol But anyways the rim is super strong, especially for DH.

my frame came with one of these laced up to the rear hub. the dude i bought it from mentioned that it was "pretty beat" and had a couple dents. i'm cheap so i just ran it. well two years and hundreds of thousands of vertical feet later it looks exactly the same as when i bought it. i even flatted halfway down bootleg canyon this year and kept riding. the tire was toast but the wheel is still on my bike today. if you've never been to bootleg canyon, it is rocky as hell and about half the people who raced it this year got a pinch flat in their race run.

This rim is bombproof. Seriously, I got a flat in a race run not far from an 8 ft drop which lands almost to flat and hit it - checked it at the bottom, not a SINGLE dent. The rim was still true too. If that doesn't define bombproof - I don't know what does.

BOMBPROOF!

One of the strongest rims.Got it for 1 year and it's still true.No need to tighten spokes. No problems with it.But it's on a heavy side abit.If you want strong, reliable rim you should choose this one.

In my opinion one of the most reliable rims in the buisness, never had major problems with that.
Always on my bike or as replacement rims along. Can´t do something wrong by buying them!

Really tough rims. I once dirt jumped with a whole bunch of loose spokes and there was no problems after the wheel was tuned up. I highly recommend for freeride/street/downhill

They're a little on the heavy side, but that's what you pay for a rim that can take constant abuse. If you can afford the minimal weight penalty, I'd choose these over anything else.

Super solid rim. I ride it on the rear of my P.2 and its held up to some pretty rough landings. As soon as my front rim eats it Im going to get another 729.

Really good rim, yes it's quite heavy, but if you are the sort of person that is replacing there rims every few months, I would suggest this.
