Pros: reliable, durable, light weight, easy to install and adjust. Comes with plenty of spacers and two sizes of bolts. Chain removal is not required for assembly.

Cons: expensive but competitive with e-thirteen and gamut.

Nice, quality chain guide - substantial taco too. For the price CRC are selling it, it was a steal. Easy to set up, good instructions, plenty of screws and spacers included in the packet, can't go wrong if you need something for the smaller chain ring.

Removing the need for a bash ring, this guide saves around 1lb in weight over say an old style E13 setup. Also, using a jockey wheel as a roller, allows for easy wear replacement

Although I sometimes miss my chaingrings, this bashguard is bullet proof. It does get a little noisy on some techy downhills, but havent had any other issues.

Light weight, strong, keeps my chain on and provides good protection, all the things a good guide/bash guard should do.

MRP Mini-G (MSRP $150) — Introducing the next generation in Chain Guides. The G2 showcases MRP’s patented (#7,066,856) integrated guard that allows the design to be super lightweight, without sacrificing chain retention, rigidity or protection of the chain and chain ring. The integrated guard fully protects the chain and also the rear pulley wheel. MRP is excited to add this new and innovative, patented guard technology to its Chain Guide line up that includes the original patented dual roller system that started it all. Two sizes: G2 (36-40T) and Mini-G (32-36T).
