Guy's got some skills, no question about it. Have you seen him park his road bike on a car roof? :)

Enduro Trails #1 and Polish Enduro Series
Hahaha, touché! Yeah I know, I'm crazy but I don't like mud. And guess what, when I go to pub I don't drink beer as well :) I'd rather stay home polishing my bike and it's as much fun for me as riding it, in beautiful sunny weather of course :)

Enduro Trails #1 and Polish Enduro Series Seeing this picture I finally found the excuse for myself for not going to the event :) My bike is not into all that SPA thing and mud treatment... Nevertheless, keep up the good work guys. Always nice to see new bike events popping up here and there. Too bad there are no Enduro races in the northern part of Poland, i.e. Polish North Shore :)

For a first layer I used duct tape for impact absorption. Then I used 3M DI-NOC Carbon Fiber vinyl to add some bling :)

Jez, Here's how to bleed the damper and chase the air from the cartridge: 1. Pour oil into upper leg allowing oil to settle into the cartridge. 2. Pull the rod and stanchion tube up and down a bit until it is filled about an 100 mm from the top fully compressed. 3. Cycle rod to remove any air bubbles until damping is smooth through out the stroke. 4. Add more oil as per manual [see below]. Measuring the oil level: - Push down the stanchion - Pull out the rebound rod - Measure the distance between the top of the stanchion and the oil - Deville 140 : 60mm | Deville 160 : 50 mm The picture below might help:
