Few ideas:
1) Don't eliminate anyone. Have a cumulative point system and have the winner determined by who wins most challenges. Tory deserved more from Season 2
2) No locals. might be tough, but it just isnt fair. Or at least keep that in mind when racing.
3) bring back some of the "influencer" challenge from season 1. not many but 1 or 2 would be fun
