Ritchey Comp Curve 46cm Handlebar (UCI legal for CX)

$60 CAD
New 46cm 31.8 clamp Ritchey Comp Curve Handlebars. There are zero flare and measure 48.8cm centre-to-centre at drops and pretty much come in UCI legal (500mm / 50cm) for cyclocross. I got them because they were the widest (46cm hoods) handlebar I could find that come in UCI legal in hoods for some bigger CX races. Tall rider doing CX is perfect buyer here. Drops pretty much zero-to-low flare. Got these for my custom CX build I'm building up but I'm going a new direction to riser drop bars because I am a giant. Bars have been mounted for a few rides and have minor marks at the 31.8 stem clamp and lever mounts. Pictures to come but basically brand new except for short mounting testing. Asking CAD 60 and ships to Canada or Lower 48 states via Canada Post-USPS. Shipping extra. Ritchey parts being wound down, handlebar is discontinued and hard to find. Can't find in Canada. Ordered from US and price reflects a discount original alll-in price in CAD. Can't simply find these bars for the price in the Ritchey Link below. https://ritcheylogic.com/bike/handlebars/comp-curve-handlebar

Bike Check: Dakotah Norton's Prototype Mondraker Summum at Fort William World Cup
@headshot: Ran 50mm rise Spank Spikes for a decade on my MTBS. Actually working on a video on why drop-bar bikes for gravel and cross for tall riser should also user riser drop bars. Have used riser drop (road) handlebars on my cyclcross bike for 7 years and similar to you get great heckles! The roadie's just don't understand. Tall rider....

How Do Pros & Fans Feel About Warner Bros. Discovery’s Organization & Coverage of World Cup Racing in 2024?
I looked last night and I think Canada hack is to get a (HBO) Max subsctipion in the US. US 9.99/month billed monthly and currently it includes the add-on sports package free. You can find free VPNs that have a US location so no extra costs there (need to avoid the location block for Canada as FloSports has licence at a crazy CAD 29.99/month). Going to try tonight. Question is if Max requires a US credit card. You can use a fake US address for sure. So if it works it will be ~USD 60 + tax for a 6 month subscription. https://ucimtbworldseries.com/news/max-to-welcome-live-cycling-in-the-us-in-february-2024

Hey - say your comment on the New Drop Best post today. I also have an original Drop Best adapter (not new one released today) but the crappy Reverb post. You didn't make a couple of the shims you mentioned in your comments to retrofit the original drop best to a OneUp post did you? I'm in Vancouver. Would like to see your picture if you could share. Have a few engineering friends! Andre

Brodie Romax 1X Custom 59cm (Large)

$1600 CAD
59cm 2021/22 Brodie Romax "Race" equivalent bike. Original owner and bike maintained by me. Threw a ton of New parts on for the sale so please read carefully. Frame first ridden spring 2022. Check out all the new parts! This is a steal at $1600. This is closest to the "Romax Race" linked below which retails for CAD 3349 + PST. I got the frame and fork directly from Brodie/Mighty Riders in the Spring of 2022. You'll note it is the blue frame colour of the Romax "Adventure" but all the alloy frame/carbon fork framesets from 2022 for Romaxes are the same. Ideal height for this bike is probably 5"10 to 6"2. Frame reach is 400mm and Stack is 608mm. 71.5 HTA is perfect for everything off road (gravel and cyclocross). Brodie nailed it with this bike. I owned the previous generation of Romax too which was a 72.0 HTA. Reason for selling is I need a 61mm frame (this bike is 59mm). Drivetrain is 36T 11-42. See below on this. Brand New for Sale: - New specialized saddle - New specialized alloy 27.2 seatpost - New specialized 90mm alloy stem - New take-off alloy specialized hover bars in 44cm hood-to-hood width and 15mm rise - New 36T Blackspire Snaggletooth Narrow Wide chainring* - New Shimano centrelock Ice-Tech Rotors 160mm/140mm (best shimano rotors) - New take-off Devox Alloy 700c tubeless wheels. Devox is the in-house brand of Felt (think Bontrager and Trek) and these were new-takeoffs. Nothing fancy about wheels but they are brand new and a decent weight! Generic hubs are most likely Novatech. Freshly taped tubeless with Stans Tape and 1.25 Oz of Stans in each wheel! See Pics. - Will include new Easton Blue bar tape [to match frame :) ] but I will let the new owner wrap as you should always to a couple rides to dial in your preferred lever position before taping. *36T x 11-42 in 11s is perfect for the 'never flat' riding around Vancouver IMO. You can spin up Cypress, Seymour, Prospect Point, Spanish Banks hills and all the never-ending hills to/from and in the Seymour Demonstration Forest. Yes you spin out in 36T-11 at 60 km/h but you can actually climb in Zone 2! Great Condition for Sale - Near new Rival alloy cranks installed from my parts box. Bought as new-take offs and have a couple scuffs unfortunately but only used a few times. - Near new Long Cage Rival derailleur installed with only a couple rides. Bought as a new-take off. - American Classic 40mm Kimberlite tires with 3 months of gentle, mosty on-road summer use installed tubeless for sale. Fast rolling centre but grippy side treads for gravel. - Both the left and right Rival shifters were replaced in 2022. Right (rear) shifter/lever in early 2022 and the left front shifter just in August 2022. - Have installed an aftermarket carbon fork insert (i.e. the star-fangled nut replacement) as the stock one slipped a lot. - Bottom bracket & headset have been taken apart and cleaned and regreased in December for the sale. Frameset - Frame in great condition, no major scratches or crashes. Some heel rub from the left heal on the left chainstay only. There is no "dent" in the right chainstay FYI - that is the heel-clearance shaping the Brodie adds to their Romaxes!. Other - Full Bleed of of front/rear brakes and new brake pads in December 2023. Bike has only been used a few time since. - If you race cyclocross check out my separate ad for a CX parts-box! Bike is close to UBC and I have some generic pedals you can use for a test ride. $60 CAD
Very Lightly Ridden Surly Truck Stop 42cm Wide Bars with 30mm Rise. Bought new in July 2023. Used for September to November 3 months only for the cyclocross season. They are 420mm wide at the hoods and 475mm wide at the drops with 12 degrees of flair. 30mm rise. Only some scuffs from clamping the stem and my garmin mount, otherwise bars are great shape. Asking CAD $60 or USD 50 + shipping. USD or CAD funds via paypal fine. Ship from Vancouver, BC to Canada or the lower 48 states. In Canada these go for CAD 100 + tax + shipping from a few retailers. Feel free to ask any questions. I used the Soma 50mm rise condors before this for a few years as well. Love the riser road bars! Way better bike feel than adding spacers under your stem as you keep your natural stack height where you are connected to the bike. Full details" https://surlybikes.com/parts/truck_stop_bar
