@suspended-flesh: Maybe not quite everywhere is a Whole Foods parking lot (yet) but I'd be inclined to say the front range has a pretty decent assortment of Metal bands, and other similar genres.

@jpat22: Really, I never would have guessed... did you see how I mentioned city limits? Because when people say they are coming to Boulder they are really talking about the county... no they are thinking of Pearl Street, Chautauqua Park, the view of the Flatirons and maybe the span of 28th/30th streets from Baseline to Valmont.
They don't think of Lyons or Lafayette or Nederland or Longmont, let alone the smaller communities like Hygiene, Ward or Allenspark, all of which are Boulder County and have decent riding for various levels and not a single one of which is closer than a 20 minute drive.
But hey its not like I mentioned rides in any of those areas, nope just that there are no rides in Boulder which is exclusively a city and definitely not a county.

@packfill: because they're going to Nederland, the riding in Boulder is Valmont, there is no other riding in city limits, sure you could count Dowdy Draw and Betasso but neither one is in Boulder, or are you counting West Magnolia and Heil Ranch? Because Heil is in Lyons and West Mag is 20+ miles away from Boulder.

Two things really, the first is that you need a split stay to get the belt on/off which can effect stiffness, and second, speaking for old gates drive systems, when they get mud/dirt on them they tended to drop the belt or damage it.
