We still choose to sell through bike shops because we think it's still the best way to make sure the customer gets the right size, spec and aftersales service. Added to that, we're much much smaller than the brands you've listed there which adds difficulty. We pride ourselves on being small and contactable and we'll always look after our customers.

@mtb-scotland: There's unfortunately no standard for sizing and we had to pick something. We'd always urge people to buy off the geometry that works for them, not the size 'name'. Will we ever make an extra small? Maybe, but we're a small company with large minimum quantities to hit so it's not easy.
