It's Mariusz Jarek - not Jarek Mariusz, Shaun Palmer - not Shawn, Tomas (Slavik) - not Thomas, (Simon) Waldburger - not Wildburger (even though "wild burger" sounds pretty cool). The photos are great, thanks Pinkbike for sharing!

To be exact there's actually one American rider on the standings - Blake Carney raced in Houffalize, Belgium (as far as I remember he didn't make it to the finals) and then in Szczawno-Zdrój, Poland (he was 34).

Overtly sexual... seriously? Then I don't even wanna know what's in your head but to me there's nothing sexual about those photos - and I'm saying this as a woman! She's standing in water... but dressed like a nun! Google Willow Koerber and Heather Irmiger... now that's what's 100% wrong, this is exactly what makes some people think of women as sexual objects no matter how brilliant athletes they are, not this nice girl wearing a long sleeve jersey!

I'm so proud of Tomas! I've been watching this guy since he was an unknown Czech rider, talented but still one out of many, and the progress he has made for all those years is simply outstanding! Real fighter, true athlete... the only one who can survive the whole night of partying and win a race the next day... well, not only a race but all of his runs as well ;) (Szczawno-Zdrój 2011). Watch out for Slavik everyone, this season he's on fire!
