Yeah, that's GoPro HD Hero. I use either iMovie (upgrading to Final Cut soon) on the Mac or if I'm on my PC I used Adobe Premiere Elements. Both pretty good and easy to use. Didn't take too long to train up Amber. She used to try leading but she nearly got squished one time and never pushed ahead after that! Best bet is to teach them "wait" or "stay" and whilst they are sitting or waiting for you, ride past reinforcing it by calling "wait" or "stay" and then when you're ahead they'll just play chase! Yes, wiemeraner's are very similar! You'll love it, they're great to ride with, just take great care of their hips when they're young, we didn't take Amber for bike rides until she was at least 12 to 18 months old and then only gentle short ride, otherwise it can damage their hips for life. Enjoy!

Also have a look at Sony Vegas, that's pretty good for the PC! Yeah, the GoPro quality is amazing, such good cameras. YEah, it's always a bit gutting when watching it back, looks slow sometimes. Dogs are the best, such good fun for the trails, do send a pic when you get yours, would love to see! Cheers

That's weird, not sure why you'd have that issue. So you just get a black vid, no content. What setting did you record on? If the laptop isn't powerful enough you'll struggle to play HD video on it in edit mode... My laptop is only just powerful enough and whilst the audio plays and the play head moves, video sometimes stops.... It's a pain editing HD video, it needs sooo much power!

Thanks mate! The dog's such fun to ride with and she's soooo quick. Was right on the rear wheel all the way through Babymaker and not too far behind on Axle run. Will have to try her in the alps next! :-) Cheers for comments on vid, love editing these things!

Thanks man. From the main carpark (where GoApe is) head towards the reservoir. When you get to the top of the hill follow the main fireroad leaving the reservoir (the fenced off bit) on your right and the wooded area on your left, carry on down this track, it goes down and up a couple of time, after the second up, there's an open area on your right (still fenced off) and on your left there's another loooong fireroad going down the hill, go past the fireroad on your left and there's an open area ahead of you, that's where the trails are. Ask for Baby Maker and Laberinth and someone will point you in the right direction I'm sure!
ive just bought 1 and was wondering what softwear you use for editing your clips!!!
you dog is great how long did it take you to train it to follow you like this?? im getting a wiemeraner soon are these dogs related they look so similar?
