why are Jamaicans always good at everything ?(jealousely asking) I aint hatting,cuz we gone ride one day :-). theres a nice hill called Rejoin , down between hopewell and Sandy Bay JA. it took me a day to walk it. meaning from early morning until 7 ish straight walking and it was all down hill. I bet if I go back down there I could cut a mean trail . also fresh spring water runs through there and it never rains on that side. on my way down I fed off the local bush and drank from my palms..

It's been a long time since I an' I man left my homeland. I was 8. I'm nearly 45 now...woo! It sounds like a great run you described. If I go back, I'm bringing a bike for sure. I climbed Blue Mountain when I was in cub scouts, and there were loads of yellow berries that looked like raspberries. I think they were known as cheese berries. Yum. Blue Mountain would be a top-10 ride, methinks.
