Optrix XD5 with chest mount is what I use.
Simply put your iphone in it. It's waterproof and comes with a 170degree fish eye lens built in.
There are pictures of it in my albums and all the videos are filmed using it.
You can view and edit your videos instantly unlike the go pros etc ...
Well worth it !
