how come these ramps are standing on a grass ground somewhere?

@S-nicholas: concrete or some harder ground, it just looks like they are standing somewhere else normally, because there are no lines that connect the ramps where the grass is missing. Not that there is something wrong with putting the ramps on the grass, would love to have such a park around here :-)
