Chain Reaction Cycles will not...

send me a replacement with a return shipping label. Only purchased 2 months ago and part is obviously broken. They want me to return everything for inspection and because I purchased caliper with lever, I won't have a lever so that I can continue to ride my bike. Already purchased a back up SLX caliper just so I can keep riding. Unethical!

 I buy local even if its a little more expensive ,I have a great warranty they have a rush replacement delivery within 3 days

 If you'd bought local, paid a proper price then you'd get lbs style after care and be sorted by now. You can't expect a face less money grabbing blight to treat you like an old friend where you could be in a lbs. Unfortunately your the unethical in the situation.

 I support my local bike shop. I even had them designs me a custom wheel set. However, I occasionally buy online because I like working on bikes myself. The issue is the CRC warranty policy that they're not working with me on: www.chainreactioncycles.com/us/en/customer-service/warranty-claims

So... this makes me unethical?
