Where are you guys sourcing pegboard hooks and the like? I know the hardware stored have them, amazon a little more so, but I didn't know if there was another way to get my hands on a decent quantity of hooks/hangers for a good price. Alibaba?

If you have a Harbor Freight near you, they're dirt cheap there.

Guys,

I'm having a new house built and at long last i have to opportunity for a decent size workshop.
I have a few ideas of what to put in there but what features are a must have? I don't want to miss anything glaringly obvious.
The ceiling will be about 2.5m and i will have 5 or 6 bikes stored by hanging on a wall.

Getting there. Still need organization and figuring out what I want on the wall or kept in a bag.
