It's abut Pinkbike videos that might get the front page. Not about videos hosted on other websites.

If you want them to be VOD or featured in an article, host them on Pinkbike.

20 hours to upload?
Are you on dial up or something?
Seems either you have a SLOW internet connection, or its a massive video.

I had the same prob with my vid (10 minutes). It would only take 6 hours to upload, but then it would say that there was an error. Eventually I uploaded it from school where there's an LAN connection. It took 8 minutes.

P.S. I have a 1mbps satellite connection.

Hmm,
What file format are you uploading?
10 minutes or not, if its raw HD footage its going to be a massive.

I think it's just that it takes SOOOOOO long to upload with my internet (the upload speed is only 12 kBps). It's not too big an issue.

^^Pretty nice considering. You should use smoother camera movement though (get a nice tripod), and adjust your camera's white balance if it's overcast to give the vid a bit more color. This makes me want to post my vid in here though. I haven't gotten any comments on it from anyone else than my friends, so it would be nice to get some realistic comments. Not saying it should be VOD or anything (god forbid Facepalm ), but here it is:
