i got 38mm DH spec ones, Holding up so good so far, bashed them through some rock gardens.
About to take them to whistler for the whole season so if they hold up to that there golden!

roughly what's the cost including postage/import taxes etc?

They look very tempting but then I think there are plenty of good wheelsets you can buy for £400 or less (I'm assuming they cost at least that much).

Paired with Hope Hubs which you can get from
CRC for like £200 then spokes I believe still keeps you under £400 if you shop around.

Bought mine separately. But got the hubs at £135 for both due to CRC offers and vouchers from the interwebs.

i got brand new Hopes from Pinkbike classifieds, rims from China, spokes and build at local bike shop, all in they were £520..

So these have been improved over the older versions? I ask because I was doing research on them and found a lot of negative posts regarding these wheels.

I read most of the forums,(understatement) and I've only ever seen maybe a dozen guys complain about LB rims and in at least half of those cases they'd obviously cased the 5hit out of them, and in all cases they got suitable warranty support.
