the NS website does not list the Metropolis 2 any more. they have a Met 1 and a Met 3. as between those two, it just depends how much money you want to spend. the disc brake on the Met 1 will work better, but bmx-style U-brakes can be dialed to work pretty well also. the Marzocchi DJ Comp fork might be a cheaper version of the DJ1/DJ2 fork, but i'm not familiar with it to know whether it's just as good.

If I were you I'd wait till the 2012 metropolis 2 is out I got the metropolis 3 atm cus Im only a beginner but it's gr8 for startin off forks are pretty bad tho I recently got pikes to replace the dj comps

yeah im a begginer i hate the colours on a 2012 met 2
