With few small mods, to fit me better. What do you think?

I have only ever ridden DH, DJ or BMX bikes. Can't wait to give this one a good spin, and build some fitness Smile

I have that same bike and absolutely love it! Just need to move to bigger size.

My dad had to make mine little smaller, to fit me better, with few components.
But didn't take him very long, unlike when I was very small with previous bikes Smile

My current rig I'm building up in roughish shape. Just installed a new stem, bars, grips, brake rotors, valve stems and brake bolts. Still got a ways to go!

Some Konas come with a DHF front and an Ardent rear. Blows my mind.

Goodyear gang.

Have you seen the Newton ST in the flesh, Sherb? Curious to see how much more aggressive the knobs are

Nope, we only have the base newton in stock right now IIRC. I can check tomorrow.

I was actually pretty happy with that setup on the loaner bike I used for my 50 mile race after I cracked my frame. 2.5 DHF WT front, 2.4 Ardent rear.

Dude a 2.4 ardent in the rear is actually a fairly solid tire. It’s not super heavy, rolls well, it breaks free predictably... works where I live.

On the front though, you have to be mental to put one on the front. Just asking to lose your front teeth.
