@shaheeb: if a 50mm rise bar and 30mm of spacers didn't fix it, i wasn't going to keep experimenting. theres too many good bikes these days to be stuck in experimentation limbo.

@brettbike: Same, that stack on the XL did not feel right. Sucks as it did a lot of other things well, but really didn't like feeling like i was on top of the bike.

Yeah shits expensive, i guess at least you get a drivetrain out of it. Every kona i've used has pedaled like a soggy loaf so thats not exactly confidence inspiring.

The shadow is definitely interesting. Pretty much every insanely fast rider i know personally is on a zerode. The seat tube angle does look a bit slack compared to other modern frames though. also, i think the shadow uses a horst link layout, not single pivot.
