None of those they all have the small inner spider that will grind on the chain guide :/ Honestly your question has been answered time and time again

Last time I post this info next time I'm unsubbing this

You want a single ring Crank, you posted the Zee crankset earlier with a 104 34T chainring, Great but it's heavy and you need a BB unless you use the XTR BB you have now

RaceFace Atlas Cranks are the same price as the Zee are 2/3 the weight and come in better colours. Not sure what the comparison is on stiffness but they are much lighter and I doubt that you would notice the difference in stiffness and it uses the same 104 BCD.

Get that MRP Mini sl because it is a good guide and run it with a SHORT Cage Derailleur so you take out all the chain slack, don't have your derailleur bouncing around and reduce the chances that you'll be banging it on objects on the trails.

Run a 32-36T ring up front with an 11-32/34 on the rear

Sorry...I'm new to the modern MTB/single speed and I got a little confused.

One question regarding the short & medium cage.....If in the long run I would like to switch to a 11-34T or even 11-36T cassette. Which one is the best ? Short or Medium cage ???

short you never need more than a short unless you run multirings in the front.

Short cage might prove to be to small for 11-36 cassettes with full suspension bikes, depending on the chain growth due to the suspension.

Basically, with a lot of chain growth (some monopivot bikes like Orange Five have a fair amount of growth), you'll need a longer cage to keep some chain length in reserve.

But agreed that most of the time, with a regular sized cassette, a short cage is the best option. Less prone to having your derailleur ripped off by some random branch or rock. Running 11-36 cassette at the moment, hardtail, short cage X9, it's fine.

It looks like that Zee & Saint are the only Single Speed Cranksets available in the whole Shimano MTB crank line-up.
