I just recently bought a 2009 atomlab pimp 2 frame and it needs a seatpost but I'm not sure what size to get, I've looked everywheres and can't find anything on the frame let alone the seatpost size.

I believe the seat post size is 26.8 and the seat clamp size is 28.6
Use a caliper to give you an accurate reading when the tube is in relaxed condition (free from any tension). It will be in millimeters reading, then go to Thompson website and find what they offer. If you cant find exact size, you can always use a shim using sizes going down.
I think you meant 25.4 post. 22.2 hasn't been a normal bmx seat post size since the mid 90's. (Standard was one of the first to switch to 1" seat posts, then everyone did in the mid school years).

I found one mention of seat post anything and it said clamp size 25.4, subtract 3 from that and you end up right at 22ish.. so that's what I went with
Stop guessing if you can't afford a micrometer or a caliper. Pull the seat post out of the seat tube and invert it so you'll measure the end of the open tube. Some yellow tape measures used by your mom for sewing have both measurements in inches and centimeters. Measure the widest part of the tube and be done with it. In centimeters, each increment will be in millimeters which is the measurement used by the industry.

I think that website must be incorrect. It's not the "seat collar diameter" that is 25.4, it's the seat post itself.
