Working on a slide-out bike tray that will store several bikes in the back via a heavy-duty drawer sliders.
Currently located in Southern Spain and finding difficulty finding a 15mm-110mm thru axle mount for our fox forks that can be mounted to the slide. Everyone online mentions the Rocky Mounts but shipping and import VAT will cost just as much as the mounts themselves to be shipped across from the US.
Does anyone have any solutions that are available here in Europe that don't cost an arm and a leg and are a little bit more heavy-duty than the DIY metal pipe mount?
I use a Delta bike hitch thru axle fork mount. Cost around £25 and usually come with adaptors to fit 15x100, 15x110 and 20x110. They do a few different types so make sure you get the right one
This one is better for 15mm axles (both 100 and 110 wide) as the adaptors screw in, but it doesn’t do 20mm axles. I didn’t use the qr mount, just bolted the main part to my roof bars: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Delta-Unisexs-Thru-axle-hitch-Black/dp/B07PH41SRN
This one does 15x110 and 20mm axles but the adaptors are loose and it doesn’t do 15x100: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Delta-Unisexs-Hitch-Travel-Mount/dp/B00H63NFDI

That first link they sell on Spains Amazon with Prime shipping! How is the sturdiness of the mount with the adaptor screws? Hoping it will be a tight enough fit to not damage the fork and thru-axle with a lot of dirt road exploration.
Pretty secure and a good fit. I have a heavy old dh bike on one and it’s been fine on the roof of my car. Barely even moves. My enduro bike goes on the other with the screw in adaptors and it’s fine, even with my bad driving

how do you secure rear wheel?
I got 2 plastic toothed straps that have the buckle on one side (similar to Thule wheel straps) and bolted them to the rear roof bar in line with the mounts on the front roof bar. Makes for quick easy installation and the bars are stored in the car boot taking up very little space. But my car has roof rails running front to back and my Thule roof bars can be fitted to them far enough apart to accommodate for my bikes wheelbase
