Hello!

13 June 2021 bought a new iXS Carve EVO+ Knee Guard – camel.

Everything was fine until last days. The foam became hard. Pads are all the time inside apartment, in normal conditions, but still – hard, if you push on them – it’s just almost like plastic cups.

What can be done about it ? Anyone familiar with that?

my wive's foam also cracked on ALL her pads after washing them.

Thinking this was a washing issue I removed mine prior to the first wash.

They both cracked later after sitting in my kit bag

They are only 6 months old

IXS have a massive problem and need to do something about it.
People are too lazy to warranty claim - including my wife !

I put a claim in immediately

We are not the only ones. Some friends are finding their pads breaking down now.

Upon delivery it was already cracked - Wore the replacement pair twice, and the foam ripped inside the protection even though it was only a minor crash...

Replaced again, but didn't use them much since....
