Hey guys, anyone know how to resolve medial (inner) knee pain when on the bike. When I look it up all I find is stuff about cleat position but I'm on flats. I excersize, I stretch. But I feel like this area is missed. Did an enduro once and it got so bad I couldn't stand on my bike. Sat down for a whole stage and came last hahah.
Just because you're on flat pedals, doesn't mean you'll default to a correct foot position.
Yeah I understand that. I'm really particular about where I have my feet. If they're a little off I try hard to jiggle them back into place. But I can only assume that place isn't correct.
How should I correct foot placement is the question I guess
Replying to old thread because I had this exact problem and resolved it with shoe inserts and saddle position. I got some varus wedges and CleatPro inserts from a bike fitter and that solved it overnight. Also lowered saddle a tiny bit.

Thanks for sharing. I do wear higher arch insoles on all my walking shoes because I have flat feet. Maybe I should look into my riding shoes.
