Would appreciate opinions and advice on longer BC trip

I am a little hesitant about creating this thread because I can imagine that tourism can be a double-edged sword especially for locals, and outsiders asking for advice probably gets old as well.
But I've been admiring the BC region for while now, with so much media content featuring these unqiue trails, that I would really love to experience it for myself.

So, hopefully some of you still feel inclined to help me out with advice. The idea is to spend 2 - 3 weeks from mid August to the beginning of September.

What I have in mind so far are a few days of Vancouver to ride Seymour and Fromme, then going to Squamish for 3 - 4 days of riding, then Whistler bike park for 4 - 5 days.

One thing to keep in mind for my questions is that I'm not a very strong rider. My guess is that the easier single blacks will be about the upper limit for my abilites. But hopefully I'll still be able to enjoy some skinnies and slabs (the latter I've never had an opportunity to ride).

My questions are currently:

1. Any reason to switch the order around and start out with Whistler? My thought process was saving this for last and maybe hoping for some trail work being done between Crankworx and then.

2. Would it be possible to travel with public transport assuming I'm bringing my own bike?
Seems like there's a bus connecting these 3 locations. That would be more eco friendly and save me a rental car.

3. Is joining group rides/guided tours (incl. shuttle) a thing in Vancouver and/or Squamish? Of course I found one or two companies via Google like endlessbiking, but it seems like you'd have to book this solo or organize a group yourself? In places like Finale Ligure or Madeira, they just offer certain tours and if enough people sign up, they happen.

4. Any other places I should strongly consider given my abilities (see above) e.g., Vancouver Island, Sun Peaks, Pemberton, Coast Gravity?

5. Any specific recommendations for trails with stand out traits, wooden features, slabs etc. that aren't super difficult?
(Would I die on In-N-Out burger?)

6. Lastly, anything I need to be mindful of in terms of etiquette or lesser-known considerations? Aside from obvious things like saying thanks to builders and sending a little support to the local trail orgs.

I'm definitely not the most qualified person to give information, but might still be helpful. I had multiple trips to Whistler, was also riding a little bit in Squamish, but cannot comment on Fromme.

1. I don't think there is a right and a wrong way. Starting in the park might be nice to get some reps in and get some confidence built, on the other hand after 3 days in the park I wouldn't wanna pedal up anywhere too big. Personally I'd go to the park in the end.

2. I used a shuttle service between Vancouver airport and Whistler, which worked well. If I remember correctly the company is called Whistler connect. Pretty sure there is public transport as well, but not sure how this works with bike transport and luggage.

3. Some bike shops organize group rides on weekday evenings. Typically you will meet loads of locals and definitely worth checking.

5. Dark crystal, microclimate, crazy train, top of the world, a rockwork orange to korova milk bar to wizard burial ground and top of the world come to mind. All well established gems, no secrets, but some of them can be pretty spicy. But there is usually a b-line around the crazy sections.
Take your time and go check it out. Ah and full Nelson in Squamish.

Send me a PM if you have specific questions
