One handers are easy. Just open your hand on the grip, then pull off an inch then more and more. Tuck no handers get the tuck, then let go, then get the extension. Suicides are best into foam or water as the front of the bike dives and it's pretty scary. They are much easier on MTBs though.

suicide no handers are probably the easiest in my opinion it involves pinchin your seat between your knees start small.. My First try was just off about 3 inches now i can clap behind my back... hope this helps

one handers all you have to do is start taking your hand off cragually. for no handers i do tuck and you lift up as much as you can so ur bars are in the stomach/ armpit area then put your hands to the sides. putting them to the sides is easier thhan putting them up

ya you should work on pinching your seat. Someday your front end is just going to drop and your going to scare the sh*t out of yourself
