Your choices are:

Bellingham, Washington
Eugene, Oregon
Corvallis, Oregon
Fort Lewis, Colorado
Boulder, Colorado
Durango, Colorado

Which location would best provide downhill, freeride, and some dirtjumps?

If in usa, I'd go aptos...hmmm I wonder why? For Canada I'd definately go whistler because it has amazing trails that are world known (eg. Aline) and i'd be able to get good pretty fast.

Bigfoot would be a good training partner... imagine how fast you'd be pedalling if bigfoot was chasing you. If he's like the Kokanee Bigfoot he might even have a better bike! lol.
