Make it technical, steep, lots of rocks, roots, jumps etc!

Sure would be nice to be able to ride a trail like A-Line without a 7 hour drive...Yep!

Only 7 hours? I wish!

How could anyone oppose this? I'm all for it. We live in exciting times people. Maybe I'll move to Hood River!

Needs some a seriously good jump trail or 3. A good DH race run or 2. Oh yeah, and maintain the trails all season long, maybe even install some sort of sprinkler system to keep down the dust and keep the trails in good shape. I don't see that loamy dirt up there wanting to stay in place too well with thousands of folks running the trails everyday. Gonna be sick when its done. A season pass will be mine. Might even be able to get the wife to start riding again.

There have been many rumors of northwest ski areas opening facilities, such as this, for mountain biking. It's good to see an official announcement/proposal from Timberline in my home state! I think this will be great for Timberline, local economy, state of oregon, and mountain bikers!

I can't wait!
