The Big Mountain Enduro visited Durango, Colo. for its fourth stop, to take racers on an epic backcountry adventure through high alpine single track and rocky ridge lines. It was a test of the bike and the body to make it through four brutal stages that were physically demanding, technical, and just plain hard.
Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski (Trek Factory Racing) won the overall weekend with two stage wins on Stages 2 and 3. Nate Hills (Mavic/SRAM/Yeti) claimed Stage 1 and Mike West (Yeti/FOX) took the win on the final stage. Krista Park(Cannondale) dominated the weekend with three stage wins and the overall. I also don't know about "buff and flowy" as there was only a couple trails that really fit that, most of it was technical and covered in rock!
