The Specialized Revolution Enduro Series presented by Fat Tire took race two of the five race season to Eagle, Colorado for four stages of racing on high speed singletrack. For this second stop $1000 dollars is being donated to the Hardscrabble Trails coalition as part of the $5000 sponsorship grant from Fat Tire.

Two days before the race, the excessive rains in Colorado created some very muddy conditions that had a logging truck slide off the road that was to be used for the shuttles taking racers to the transition start for stage one. Fortunately the rain let up, and the race was allowed to run with an extra few miles of climbing added to the stage one transition. The totals for the day had racers climbing just over 2700 feet and ripping over 5500 feet of flowing and tight singletrack descents over 24 miles. Stage 1 was contested on some still slick and muddy trail, and as the race descended in elevation everything dried out creating some prime race conditions. Again, after the race hot food and plenty of cold beverages provided by Fat Tire and Yerba Mate awaited racers on their journey finish.
