This Friday and Saturday, the best mountain bikers in the world are flying through the air of the ice rink in Thun. One of them takes off even earlier. The Englishman, Sam Pilgrim, who not only won the Swatch Rocket Air in 2013 but also took the overall FMB title that year, flys through the beautiful Swiss mountains to be at the contest on time.

That camera angle makes him look like one of those chickens that does not move his head when the rest of his body is moving. Hilarious. Check it out for yourself: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2_LfcJoa2A
Reason is, here in the US, when riding on the road, you make hand signals with your left hand. You generally don't wanna hit your front brake with one hand on the bars! Across the pond, you crazy Brits drive on the wrong side the road! So ya gotta make hand signals with the right hand. So the front brake goes on the right And I personally run moto brakes, cuz I'm cool like that
(Yeah it's the same thing in most of Europe too - makes sense too )
