I live in Japan and all I think about is how awesome it would be to have time to go for a ride in Nagano!!!!
The respect for the land here trumps everything else; I was booked in with 15 friends to go to the Southern Alps in June; but rain the day before meant we cancelled....to protect the land in the national park from tyre damage.
@orientdave make the time you won't regret it, be it for a trail ride or park like Fujiten is very nice out there. I would also like to see more trails or a park developed in Niigata area, there's good potential there.
I lived in Japan for a year back in 07-08 and I took my Cove Stiffee with me. Getting started in small town Japan can leave you feeling a bit isolated. But then I stumbled across the biking community who showed me around. They saved my year for sure. People around the world are different, but Mountain Bikers are all pretty much the same.
Awesome Vid!
those would be the worse trails in the good all USA. need to build some jumps for that trail. japanese over built and now there are no more places to ride. but very good and mannered people. better then americans.
