The bike industry has you right where they want you. Making you pay for all its unnecessary steps in production, spending money to cover all the added costs in offshore manufacturing, even the shipping fees and the lack of supply chain control associated with offshore production. We Are One values every single bike rider in pursuit of a great riding experience. In fact, we are investing heavily in you, the rider.

Today, everyone is purging their overstock resulting from an age of excess. While others are blowing their gear out, We Are One is doing something different. We’re making our quality products available for great prices. While the others are all “on sale”, this is our new retail norm.


We believe in blazing our own trails and doing things our way. In 2017, we began making carbon wheels in Kamloops BC Canada, and the industry thought we were crazy. They couldn’t make money doing what we accomplished, and didn’t understand how we could survive making EVERYTHING, molds included, in house and by hand. From idea to owner! Every time they said we couldn’t, we pushed harder with determination and grit. The naysayers and doubters pushed us further and we innovated new, more efficient ways of manufacturing locally.

We’ve found a way to offer quality, strength and performance at a reasonable price. Finding a way to accomplish this is what fuelled the creation of We Are One. By going against the norms and doing things our way, we’ve figured it out. Call it what you like, we’re turning a middle finger up at the most archaic parts of the industry.

We Are more efficient utilizing a Kaizen approach to everything we do and are hyper aware of our process and quality, every step of the way. This belief in practice, allows us to reduce many costs that wouldn’t normally be passed along to riders. We analyze our processes and make constant small improvements, saving time and money. We produce less waste and adapt quickly.


We Are against paying factories overseas for things we can do at home.
We Are proud employers of people and strengthen our local economy.
We Are against shipping material, molds and inventory all over the world.
We Are always running lean, producing what we need, when we need it.
We Are not paying international duties, or customs charges on our inventory.
We Are unique and have control, because we manufacture in house.


You want to be able to get out and ride your bike, enjoy it and rely on it and we want to help you do that. You should always have confidence that the components under your saddle are of the highest quality, strength and purposely designed to improve your riding experience. We believe that you shouldn’t be expected to pay more for the industry's old ways, so as of today, we are lowering our component prices for you. No more paying too much for high quality components. While they are “on sale”, this is our new retail norm.

We are collectively, people moving forward with one drive, under the same roof, who together are making amazing products by hand. This is a core value of We Are One.
